The house has, among other things, a garden, garage, living room, elevator, and space to relax. If you're interested in communal living, you're a couple, family (possibly also a single person) looking for a place, feel free to contact us.

We are six people and will bring the house to life together from December 1. We consist of two groups of friends:

- Ani (27, female), Carla (28, female), and Julie (28, female) have been close friends since childhood. Ani and Carla are classroom teachers, Julie is a social worker. They are also joined by two cats and (hopefully) soon a young dog. For the past five years, they have lived in a great 10-person shared apartment.
- Müri (25, female), Ari (25, female), and Sim (30, male) are also friends who have known each other for several years. Müri is a physiotherapist, Ari is a medical student, and Sim works as a media developer. Müri and Ari already live in a large shared apartment in Belp.

We all like to be outdoors, play sports, go hiking, organize Tichu tournaments, and are generally motivated to play many games. We also enjoy cozy evenings together watching TV.

Currently, one room is still available, the pool room (see floor plan). Previously, there was actually a pool in it. This has since been covered, and it's a large (38 sqm) and bright room for approx. CHF 1,100.-. This would be the rough room price incl. ancillary costs for 1 person. For 2 people, it's a bit more due to double ancillary costs and shared living space.

The communal aspect is particularly important to us in our living situation. We want to cook for each other, eat together, be there for each other, connect anew, and actively shape our life together. This includes regular get-togethers and joint outings, as well as a shared understanding of household chores with a task list and retreats where we reflect on our life together and further develop it.
