Description
Since Natasha is moving out, we are looking for a new roommate for our 3-room apartment.
Location
It's hard to get more central: in 3 minutes you're at the market square, in 10 minutes at the train station, and in 15 minutes at the HSG. The three ponds are also within walking distance.
Room & Apartment
Your room is approximately 20 square meters, bright with high ceilings, and has direct access to a balcony. You can find the floor plan in the appendix.
The apartment is fully furnished with a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, and everything else you need.
The current furniture can be purchased after agreement. (The pictures in the ad are still from the previous tenant, new pictures with the current furniture will be uploaded soon).

Reto (28): is currently doing his PhD at the HSG
Nino (25): is currently doing his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the HSG
Living Together
We have a mix of everything: sometimes we cook together and exchange, sometimes each person retreats to their room, as it suits. We welcome students as well as working professionals.
We value having a clean apartment and expect the same from you.
Additionally, we are looking for a non-smoker. Pets are not allowed.

Deposit: 3 months' rent
Move-in: The move-in date can be arranged, with the earliest possible date being November 2026.
