Bombinasco is located in the municipality of Lema, in Malcantone, at 600 meters above sea level, between the localities of Curio and Astano. It is well connected to the road network and is 15 minutes from the Ponte Tresa Lugano train station. Postal services and school bus transportation are available.

The house is south-facing and features large loggias. The construction date is unknown, but it was completely renovated in the late 1950s and has been regularly modernized and maintained since; roof insulation, double glazing, new bathrooms, modern kitchen, etc.
