I am renting out a furnished room in my beautiful and well-maintained 3.5-room apartment in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in Neu-Affoltern with very good public transportation to Zurich-Oerlikon.
Since I am often away from home for work and private reasons, you will enjoy more privacy here than in a classic shared apartment and will have the apartment to yourself for a large part of the time.
The 14 m² bedroom is already equipped with a 160-cm bed and a large wardrobe and can be moved into directly.
A special plus: you have your own small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink for sole use. The washing machine and dryer are also located directly in the bathroom.
The entire apartment is 80 m², modern, and high-quality equipped. The open kitchen, dining, and living room, and balcony can, of course, be shared.
