Modernly furnished, parquet floor and white painted walls form the framework for your room. It is equipped with everything you need to stay here for a foreseeable period or even longer. It has a seating area, a comfortable box spring bed (160x200 cm), a closet and additional shelves for storage.
Location:
The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area (30 km/h zone). A big plus: there are free parking spaces on the street! Nevertheless, you are only 5 minutes from the highway to Zurich or St. Gallen. You can reach Zurich in 40 minutes by car, St. Gallen in about 20 minutes.
A Migros branch can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, other supermarkets are only 3 to 8 minutes away by car. Wil, the next larger town with a beautiful pedestrian zone for shopping, is 8 minutes away by car.
You can also walk to the nearest train station in just 8 minutes. The public transport connection is very good in general, and you can also reach a bus stop in 5 minutes on foot.
Shared flat life:
We are quite relaxed and quiet. Therefore, we also wish for a somewhat quieter contemporary and not necessarily a lively energy bundle. :-)
We cook together from time to time or spend time on our large sofa with Netflix. But don't worry: we don't constantly hang out. Everyone has their own free space - everything is possible, nothing is mandatory. However, we are not a pure utility shared flat where there is no communication except for a good morning and good night.
