Available after consultation from mid-November. The room is cozy and 10.5m^2 in size. The 5 1/2 room apartment has two bathrooms, a spacious, cozy living room with a projector, an open kitchen, and a terrace with a view of the mountains. Additionally, there is a private basement compartment, a storage space for the bike, a laundry room, and a drying room for all parties.

The monthly rent is CHF 450 and includes a large part of the ancillary costs (internet, Serafe, shared apartment liability insurance, etc.).
The train station can be reached by bike in 5 minutes or on foot in 10-15 minutes, and both the shopping center and the university of applied sciences are located along the way. The next bus stops in the direction of the train station are within a 1-2 minute walk.

From November, we are looking for a new member for our 4-person shared apartment, preferably someone around our age with an open, sympathetic, and uncomplicated character who does not shy away from life in the shared apartment and has no aversion to cleanliness. We do not see ourselves as a shared apartment out of necessity. Both the togetherness and the respect for personal freedom are important to us. It is also important to us that you can imagine a long-term future in the shared apartment, which is why we are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term.

We, Tobias (32), Emanuele (31), and Sarah (25), have been living together for several years and are all currently studying.
