As of November 1, 2026, a room will become available in our cozy shared apartment. The approximately 15 m² large room has a beautiful parquet floor and a built-in closet that offers plenty of storage space. The rent is CHF 840 gross per month.

The apartment has a shared living room with kitchen, where cooking and chatting are enjoyed together, as well as a bathroom with shower. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the house. The absolute highlight, however, is the rooftop terrace with a direct view of the Zytglogge, which we share with the other housemates - perfect for a coffee after work or warm summer evenings.
The apartment is located in the heart of Bern's Old Town. Shopping facilities, public transportation, and the train station can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

You would be living with Elena (23), a medical student who enjoys spending her free time playing sports. Elena will also be looking for a new home in the near future. This offers you a special opportunity: you can take over the main rent of the apartment and choose your next shared apartment mate - ideal if you can imagine staying in the Old Town for a longer period.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated person who enjoys sitting together on some evenings, cooking, or simply having a good conversation, but also understands that everyone needs time for themselves sometimes. A good balance between community and withdrawal is important to us.
