Description
My studies are coming to an end, so we are looking for someone to take over my room and a place in our 3-room student apartment from early March 2027.
The Room
19 m², the largest in the apartment, with its own balcony. You can take over the room furnished (bed, nightstand, wardrobe, IKEA shelf, desk, curtains, lamps) if you like. We can discuss the price later. If you prefer, you can also move in without furniture.
The Apartment
Modern kitchen with plenty of storage space and a dishwasher, two bathrooms, a private washing machine and dryer. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.
The Location
Greifensee train station is a five-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Oerlikon in 14 minutes, Stadelhofen in 15 minutes, and the main station in 19 minutes. For shopping, there is a Migros that you can reach by bike in 2 minutes. The location is ideal if you want to be well connected to Zurich but still enjoy the greenery and Lake Greifensee.

Your Roommates
- Béryl (22) studies physics and does track and field (800m) at a high level at LV Winterthur. He is often in training and knows the best running and cycling routes in the area. At home, you can usually find him in the kitchen, where he makes himself a good coffee or cooks something elaborate.
- Ira (23) studies Quantum Engineering and is the creative force in the apartment. She likes to go bouldering, swimming, and hiking and bakes to relax. With Ira, you can easily get into conversation, whether it's about books, studies, politics, or everyday life, and she has a good sense of people.
