- is located in a multi-family house on the top floor (2nd floor and without elevator) with a total of 6 rental parties
- is about 4 minutes walk from Coop Strättligen Market
- is already furnished (except for personal bedroom)
- has parquet flooring in living and bedrooms and plate flooring in the remaining rooms
- has a large balcony with direct view of the Niesen
- has a separate toilet
- has a bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet
- has a kitchen with dishwasher and oven
- has a dryer and washing machine in the apartment
- No WLAN router is installed
- No TV is available
- separate basement compartment, as well as drying room and bike room are available
- parking space / workshop can be rented additionally

Costs
- Rent (including ancillary costs) per month: Fr. 748.75 (division according to effective m² and 1/3 NK)
