As my job is temporarily taking me to the north, I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment in Bonaduz until April (possibly longer :)). The apartment is very bright, cozy, and furnished with love. It has two balconies that invite you to linger and enjoy. The spacious rooms offer a lot of space and a pleasant living atmosphere – perfect for feeling at home for several months.

The rent includes:

  • All furniture and basic equipment

  • Shared use of the large garden (including barbecue area) and the washing machine/tumbler.

The apartment is only about 3 minutes' walk from Bonaduz train station and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. At the same time, it is ideally located to enjoy the beautiful Bündner mountain world. The location is also perfect for winter sports enthusiasts: the ski areas Flims Laax Falera (approx. 20 minutes), Lenzerheide/Arosa (approx. 25 minutes), and Obersaxen Mundaun (approx. 35 minutes) are within a short drive.
