Room in relaxed and sociable shared apartment

We are two young men (23 and 28) and are looking for a new person for our shared apartment. We value a relaxed, uncomplicated, and respectful living together.

We are both rather laid-back and communicative. Every now and then, we spend an evening together, cook something, or sit together. Just as naturally, everyone does their own thing. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys social shared apartment life, but at the same time is independent and lives their own daily life.

Music is also played in the shared apartment, by the way. Among other things, the trombone is occasionally played. Of course, consideration is given to the others and the usual quiet hours are observed.

Guests are also a normal part of our shared apartment life. If friends or acquaintances come to visit, that shouldn't be a problem for you. On the other hand, we're looking forward to you being happy to exchange with other people and get involved in the shared apartment.

What's particularly important to us is kindness, openness, and mutual respectful interaction. We don't want a purely functional shared apartment, but also not one where you always have to do something together. A good balance between shared life and personal freedom is important to us.
