I am renting out a approximately 11m2 large room in a generation-shared flat at Schönenwerderstrasse 49 in Aarau. The room is available immediately and limited until April 2027. An extension is possibly available. Rent: 880.- CHF per month.
We are looking for a quiet, reliable, and animal-friendly person for a pleasant and uncomplicated living together. A certain level of cleanliness is a prerequisite. Monti, a Maine Coon cat, is also at home here.
