Hello everyone

After a while in the same constellation, our shared flat is experiencing some movement again. Since Lena (26) is moving into her boyfriend's shared flat for 6 months, Marta (38) will be living in her room for that time. We are looking for a new roommate for Inga's room, starting from December 1st, as she has found a cool new place to live in Winterthur.

The apartment is conveniently located, about 200 meters away from the old town. You can reach the train station in 5 minutes by bus or in about 15 minutes on foot. With the Migros directly across the street, shopping is also relatively easy.

The room that is becoming available has morning sun. Since Inga doesn't need the closet, it can be taken over if needed. Our apartment has a spacious living room with large windows and a kitchen that is equipped with everything necessary. The bathroom and additional toilet were recently renovated. Our small balcony is perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing in the summer.

So, from December, Marta and Marco (31) will be living in the shared flat. Marta has started a new path in her life and is training to become a payroll specialist. In her free time, she likes to go for walks in nature, ride her bike, and enjoys a quiet atmosphere. She is uncomplicated, reliable, and looks forward to a harmonious cohabitation in the shared flat. I (Marco) have completed my psychology studies and am looking for a new challenge after a year in HR. In my free time, I passionately pursue sports and make music. I am very interested in people and am generally relatively open to new experiences.

We are looking for a straightforward, considerate, and sociable person who participates in shared flat life and helps to keep the shared flat clean. Preferably, you are a non-smoker. Although we often have our own plans, we like to exchange stories about life or do something together when it works out.
