I'm looking for new flatmates for a beautiful, bright 4.5-room apartment in the quiet Zelgli quarter on the edge of the forest and yet directly in the city in 5 minutes on foot - or also just one person who wants to rent the entire upper floor with two rooms, private balcony, and bathroom. I can imagine everything. In principle, it's a great big house with a garden, where only one other party lives on the ground floor, who are super nice. The garden is used jointly for gardening, staying, sunbathing, barbecuing, or whatever. The apartment has a large living room with new wooden parquet and balcony, enough storage space, and the cellar is also included. One room is located opposite the kitchen, with high ceilings and also wooden parquet. The other two rooms are on a separate, lockable staircase together with a bathroom on the upper floor, the larger room also has a large balcony here. Both rooms upstairs are equipped with silent fans. Each room also has a hidden extra room in the wall for storage.
Downstairs there is another bathroom, both bathrooms are daylight bathrooms.
The apartment has a complete kitchen with oven, steamer, extractor fan, dishwasher. In the cellar, there is a washing machine and dryer. Laundry can be hung up in the garden or cellar.
So far, we have lived here with three people, two are now moving out.
I could imagine everything in principle - the apartment is big enough for 3-4 people as a shared flat or couples, but it can also be used as two separate apartments on the upper/lower floor with a shared kitchen and living room. Age is not important to me, all genders, LGBTQ+ welcome - as long as it fits.
So far, I've been living on the upper floor, but I could also imagine moving downstairs - the room layout is flexible and creatively designable.
About me - I'm employed, work in a hospital, and enjoy it. But a good work-life balance and a beautiful home where you understand each other are very important to me. I'm not in a home office and also like to be on the road a lot, which is okay for me, but I don't want a functional shared flat, I want everyone to feel comfortable and also contribute and care.
