The shared apartment is very centrally located, on foot:
- 10 minutes from Aarau train station
- 5 minutes from Kantonsspital Aarau
- 2 minutes from GAIS Center (with Aldi, Müller & Co.)
- Bus stop "Aarau Gais" just around the corner

The room is bright, modernly furnished, 13.34m2 in size, with parquet flooring, including utilities and internet.

Sleeping area: Bed with integrated storage space (approx. 140×200 cm) with mattress (140×200 cm), pillow, duvet, and a set of bed linen.
Work area: Desk with office chair and desk lamp.
Storage space: Wardrobe, bookshelf, wall shelf, and storage boxes for storing personal items.
Room equipment: Ceiling lamp for lighting, curtains, and a carpet.

We also have a living room with a large sofa and a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, ceramic stove, two refrigerators, and a dishwasher. There are also four bathrooms with showers and practical laundry towers. Additionally, there is a 20m large outdoor seating area.
The community rooms and all toilet and shower areas are regularly professionally cleaned.
There is also an elevator and a large bicycle storage room for the entire building.

We are looking for students and young professionals between the ages of 18 and 32. Ideally, you have a sense of cleanliness and community :) We all have different daily rhythms and appreciate a chat or a joint meal.
