I will be away for several months and I would like to make my house available during my absence, from late December 2026 to early May 2027 (possibility of coming earlier under certain conditions or staying longer when I return!).
The house has 3 bedrooms for adults and a child's room, which allows for different configurations:
- parent who is separating, with the possibility of occupying an adult bedroom and the child's room separately (price to be discussed);
- single person wanting to rent a room for a few months;
- student or young professional;
- person coming temporarily to the region for work or studies;
- person coming from France or abroad and needing temporary accommodation, especially in the context of professional procedures (residence permit);
The idea is to create a pleasant, quiet and respectful co-living space in a house where everyone can feel at home. I am looking for reliable and respectful people above all.
As it is my personal home and I will be entrusting it for several months, I will be particularly attentive to the profiles of the people. I would therefore ideally like the candidates to present me with their Airbnb profile, with positive reviews, or other references from previous rentals.
I am looking for clean, tidy, respectful and considerate people who respect the house and the common areas, and who understand that it is an inhabited home and not a holiday home intended for partying.
The rental is planned for a period of several months, from December to early May, with the possibility of discussing the exact duration according to needs.
If you are interested, do not hesitate to write to me presenting briefly your situation, the desired duration and the people who will occupy the accommodation.
If you attach to your request screenshots of positive Airbnb reviews in your name, you will be prioritized.
The price includes everything (including WiFi, electricity, water, heating). There is the possibility of parking without problems.
