Description
In our beautiful 4.5-room shared apartment, located right at Berninaplatz in Oerlikon, a room will become available from December 1, 2026. We are looking for a female roommate aged 26 or older (sorry guys), who is seeking a cozy home.
The Apartment
Our shared apartment offers plenty of space to feel comfortable: a large living room, a kitchen with a separate dining room, two balconies, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. The dishwasher and the private washing machine directly in the apartment are particularly practical.
The Room
The available room is approximately 15 m², unfurnished, and will be sublet from December 1, 2026, for an unlimited period. It may be possible to take over the bed and/or the wardrobe. The rent is CHF 860 including utilities. Additionally, there are electricity costs, a service fee, and a rental deposit of three months' rent.
The Location
The apartment is ideally located - right at Berninaplatz: 12 minutes by tram to Zurich main station, 2 minutes by tram to Oerlikon train station. Shopping opportunities, cafes, and everything else you need in everyday life are within easy walking distance.
Shared Apartment Life
You would share the apartment with Melanie (26, studying at ZHAW) and Isi (28, lawyer). Our cohabitation is warm, uncomplicated, and relaxed. We enjoy spending time together when it suits us, whether it's cooking together or having a cozy chat in the kitchen. At the same time, we value our privacy and think it's nice if the shared apartment is a quiet place where everyone can simply close the door behind them and switch off.
About You
You are reliable, tidy, and uncomplicated, and you're not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but also not a party apartment. You consider respectful and pleasant cohabitation important, and you want to really feel at home.
