In my bright apartment in district 10 (Wipkingen/Höngg border) a room for a roommate or a weekly guest will be available:

• Furnished
• Weekly stay rent: 1022.-
• Normal sublet: 1430.-
• including utilities, excluding Serafe, EWZ, laundry card.
• Start date mid/late November or by agreement.
• Fixed-term or open-ended possible.

You are a non-smoker, like wide views, bright and open spaces, and considerate cohabitation? Then you're in the right place with me:
Your bright room is furnished (wardrobe, dresser, mattress & duvet/pillow) and has a beautiful view of the Üetliberg, as well as over the whole city with a view of the mountains. We share the kitchen, bathroom, dining/living room, balcony, and if needed, the basement. The furniture in the photos is not entirely up-to-date.

I (w, 40) have varied interests, like being at home, and enjoy silence and retreat as well as exchange, cozy get-togethers, and cooking and eating together. Open communication and mutual consideration are important to me. I also appreciate a good level of order and cleanliness.

The apartment, including the kitchen, is fully equipped and furnished. It is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. The bathroom with bathtub, the kitchen with dishwasher & oven with steamer, were newly renovated in 2025.
Laundry room (1 machine + 1 tumble dryer) is available on the ground floor without a laundry plan. It is billed via a rechargeable laundry card. Underground parking can be rented from the administration.

I'm looking for a reliable, reflective roommate who enjoys relaxed cohabitation, where everyone has their own space, but also likes to cook, philosophize, exchange news, share worries and fears, drink tea or coffee, spend an evening together, or not.
