I'm Nathalie (25, student) and I'm looking for a roommate (subtenant) for the second unfurnished room (approx. 13.3m^2) in an otherwise furnished apartment (80m^2).
The apartment has a great location right behind Basel SBB train station. Good connection to public transport (Tram line 16, Bus line 36). The apartment is large, bright and faces an inner courtyard, so it's relatively quiet. There's a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on the floor, with a flexible laundry schedule. There's a basement storage room and a bike room.
Monthly rent is 980.- (100.- of which are ancillary costs). Additionally, around 150.- for electricity and a variable bill for other operating costs for the apartment will be added per year.
The earliest possible move-in date would be 01.11.2026.
A parking space must be rented separately (no guarantee of availability).
