Since we're taking a three-month break from early January 2027 to early April 2027, we're subletting our beloved apartment. This apartment is our absolute home, it has grown extremely close to our hearts, and we've furnished it with a lot of love.
Officially, it's a 3.5-room apartment. Since we lock one room (our private bedroom) as a storage space, you'll have 2.5 spacious, fully furnished rooms at your disposal for these 3 months.

What to expect:

• Outdoor area: The apartment has its own balcony and a rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, it's not as cozy and beautiful in winter as it is in summer.
• Living area: Bright, cozy living room with sofa, large dining table, and workspace (home office ready).
• Bedroom: Ready to move in, furnished with a cozy bed and wardrobe.
• Kitchen & bathroom: Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and a clean, well-maintained bathroom.
• All-Inclusive: Fast Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and the use of all household appliances are already completely included in the rent.

Top location:
The apartment is located on Culmannstrasse in the sought-after district 6 (Oberstrass). The location is simply unbeatable: The University Hospital Zurich (USZ) and the ETH Zurich are almost around the corner and can be reached on foot in less than 57 minutes. The tram stations Haldenbach and Sonneggstrasse are almost in front of the door, and you can reach the main station in just 5 minutes. Shopping opportunities (Migros/Coop) and cozy cafes are within walking distance.

Who we're looking for:
Since the apartment is so important to us and we have a wonderful, very considerate neighborhood, we're looking for a quiet, orderly, and reliable individual or couple, not suitable for shared apartments (non-smokers). It's essential to us that you don't throw house parties, don't cause any "trouble," and treat the apartment and furniture with care, as if they were your own. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet oasis for work, an internship, or studies.

• Rental period: Fixed from 01.01.2027 to 01.04.2027 (fixed-term, not renewable).
• Monthly rent: CHF 2,200 (all-inclusive price, including all ancillary costs, internet, and furniture).

• Official: The sublet will be reported to the administration.
