From November, I will be renting out a room in a 2-person shared apartment in Oberglatt Center and I am looking for a sympathetic and reliable person for a pleasant living together.

The apartment is located centrally in Oberglatt. The bus stop is only about 4 minutes walk away.
Zurich Airport: approx. 24 minutes by direct busZurich HB: approx. 28 minutes
The location is particularly practical for people who work at the airport. Therefore, someone from the aviation industry, e.g. cabin crew, pilots.
What I expect from my future flatmate
Cleanliness, hygiene, and respectful handling of the shared spaces are very important to me. I wish for someone who sees it the same way and contributes to keeping the apartment clean and tidy.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but it is no problem on the balcony.
