I am looking for a roommate from November 1st in a 3.5-room apartment / 61 m².
The room, unfurnished, is 14 m² and has a south-facing window providing direct access to the balcony. The common areas are: the bathroom (4 m²), the living room / kitchen (27 m²), the balcony (10 m²), and the basement (5 m²). A covered parking space is available at an extra cost of 180.- per month.
The lease will be a sublease with a 3-month notice period in case of termination by either party.
About me: I am 40 years old, have been living in a shared apartment for 12 years, and I am calm and non-smoking. I like to invite friends over for dinner, but it never lasts very late. On weekends, I often go to the mountains. I enjoy discussing current events and understanding the world we live in. I speak in short sentences.
I am looking for a single person who is clean, tidy, non-smoking, and without a pet. The cleaning of the apartment will be shared between us.
