In our large, cozy 4-room shared apartment, a room (15sqm) is becoming available.
The spacious apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the main station and is located directly on the Limmat. The large terrace with a great view of the Limmat and Platzspitz invites you to joint barbecues and beer. Additionally, there is a 30+sqm living room, two bathrooms, and a washing machine/dryer in the apartment. A parking space can be rented if needed.

The monthly additional costs of around 100 CHF for cleaning staff, internet/TV, electricity, and MrGreen recycling will be added to the rent.

We are looking for a straightforward roommate who is established in their career and between the end of their 20s and mid-30s. Our future roommate should have a healthy sense of order and cleanliness, be respectful in dealing with the roommates, and be open to social shared apartment evenings, as we want to have a family-like atmosphere :)

A brief introduction to us: we are:
- A Machine Learning Engineer (29), our football star with a preference for midnight snacks.
- An NGO lawyer (35), with a preference for books and a tendency to take naps on the terrace.
- An auditor (32), our dancer in the shared apartment, who checks numbers but likes to lose track of time on the dance floor.
