Description
I'm renting out my bright room (approx. 13 m²) in a beautiful 110 m² apartment at Zürichberg on a limited basis. From the room, you can see towards Uetliberg and into the garden, with plenty of sunshine included.
About the shared apartment: You'll be moving in with two very nice flatmates. The apartment offers two bathrooms, a kitchen with a washing tower, a large living room with a projector, large screen, and sound system throughout the apartment, as well as an ice machine. There's a basement storage room, parking possibilities in front of the house (also overnight), and a great atmosphere all around.
Outside: A large garden for use, plenty of sunshine, and a seating area with a grill, garden couch, and outdoor table.
Location: Very close to the university. In five to ten minutes, you can reach ETH and the University of Zurich.
Rental period and price: Available from November 1st or December 1st, with the possibility of moving in mid-month. The room costs around CHF 1,400, with some room for negotiation.
Important to know: From the end of January to the end of July 2027, work will be done on the pipes. The kitchen and bathroom will not be properly accessible during this time, but a provisional solution will be set up by the administration. If desired, you can also stay during the renovation, with limited use and only 30% of the rent.
