Description
We are looking for a subtenant. The 4.5-room maisonette apartment is located in the lively Lachen quarter near the Sömmerliwiese on the 4th floor, with an elevator available. The Migros and Denner can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. By bus, you can reach the train station in five minutes.
The room is bright, quiet, 21m2 in size, and furnished. It has two large windows and its own bathroom with a shower. There is sufficient storage space available. The rest of the (two-story) apartment is naturally available for shared use. We have a basement with a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a bike cellar is also available. WLAN, TV with Netflix are included in the price, and approximately CHF 20.- per month in electricity costs will be added. We also have a balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun.
About the shared apartment:
We are a 3-person shared apartment: Anna (21), Deborah (36), and Seraina (32), who will be abroad for 4.5 months. Seraina works as a landscape gardener, Anna studies psychology at UZH, and Deborah works at PHSG in university administration. It would be nice if you like order and are occasionally available for a glass of wine in the evening :-)
We are looking for:
Seraina will be abroad from March 1 to July 25, 2027. So that the room is not empty during this time, we are looking for a subtenant who would like to occupy Seraina's room for these almost 5 months. The move-in and move-out dates can still be agreed upon, as we are flexible.
