Apartment for subletting in Lausanne.

I am offering my apartment for subletting, located at Chemin de Fontenay, 1007 Lausanne, in a pleasant and well-located residential area, close to the train station and the city center, with a view of the lake.

There are 2 bedrooms, a large living/dining room with a fireplace and a large living room. A kitchen. A bathroom with a separate toilet.

The apartment is offered furnished and includes, among other things:

* a bed
* a sofa
* a desk
* a dining table with chairs
* a washing machine
* a dishwasher
* a fully equipped kitchen,
* etc.

The subletting is planned for a period of 12 months, with quick availability.

I am looking for a serious, careful person or couple with a stable financial situation and an employment contract of more than 3 months.

Please present yourself with a complete dossier during the visit:

* Copy of Swiss ID or, for foreigners, residence permit B or C.
* Recent extract from the debt collection register, ideally less than 3 months old.
* 3 latest pay slips or other proof of income.
* Employment contract.
* Complete contact details: name, first name, current address, phone number and email.
* If two people will be living in the apartment, I will need the documents for both.

A dossier will be required from interested parties.

Rent: 2300 CHF/month (including internet wifi 10 Gbit/s, electricity and advance payment for charges (variation to be expected if charges are higher)
Availability: already available. Ideally on October 15th or earlier.
Duration: 12 months until October 31, 2027

Deposit of 3 months to be expected
