Due to a wonderful foreign offer, I am subletting my fully furnished apartment.
The apartment has a very convincing floor plan and scores with the following key data:
large window front for plenty of light
two bathrooms, one of which is a guest bathroom and one with a bathtub and floor-level shower.
Own washing tower in the large bathroom.
spacious bedroom
open, spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space
third large room (currently it's the sports room, more sports equipment will be added) this room can also be used differently for the transition and I can put the sports equipment in the basement
if desired, my underground parking space can be used & my car will go to my parents.
very spacious balcony which can be accessed from the living room and the third room.
Everything will be regulated including a contract with the administration! The administration already knows and agrees, the contract is also set up.
