We are Anja & Joe and will be traveling for a few months. Therefore, we are renting out our beautiful room in our modern new apartment in Kriens for a sublease.
December 25, 2026 to April 8, 2027
CHF 1,300 per month
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and offers a wonderful view of the mountains and the city lights thanks to the large window fronts. It's a new building with first occupancy in January 2026, so everything is still brand new and modern. A special highlight is the balcony with a wonderful mountain view and cozy lounge chairs - perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing after an active day.
YOUR ROOM
The room is approximately 15 m² in size and has a large 180 cm bed and a spacious wardrobe. You have your own room and a **private bathroom with bathtub and shower**. The washing machine and dryer are also located directly in the apartment.
THE APARTMENT AND COMMUNITY
You can expect a spacious, bright living area with a modern kitchen and plenty of space to feel comfortable. You will share the common areas with Dominik, who will be living in the apartment during our trip.
We are looking for someone who likes to live modernly, takes care of the apartment and the material, and is interested in getting to know nice new roommates. Age is not important to us. What matters most to us is reliability, friendliness, and respectful interaction with people and the apartment. Cleanliness and order are also important to us. We are not a party shared apartment, but we have no problem with a cozy get-together or a glass of wine from time to time.
WHO WE ARE
We are Anja & Joe, both in our 30s, and will be traveling during this time. Dominik, with whom you will be living, is also in his 30s, currently studying business psychology, and works 60% alongside his studies. We have been living together for several years and are an uncomplicated, relaxed shared apartment.
We generally like to be outdoors and are sporty - whether hiking, cycling, or other outdoor activities. At the same time, we enjoy being at home and using the apartment as a retreat after an active day.
THE LOCATION
The apartment is located directly at Kriens Mattenhof train station. Shopping opportunities and leisure activities are easily accessible on foot.
