We are travelling for 6 months and are looking for someone to take our apartment while we're away and treat it like a home. Dates are negotiable.

• 2 bathrooms: 2 separate showers plus 1 bathtub
• 2 very big balconies
• Private cellar compartment for storage
• Own washing machine and dryer in the cellar: no shared laundry!

• Shared bike room
• Parking space available at additional cost.

Furnishing - premium and brand new Fully furnished to a high standard, with the furniture currently being upgraded throughout.

• Hönggerberg forest and vineyards above for hiking and trail running
• Tram 13 and buses on your doorstep - Zürich HB in 20 minutes
• ETH Hönggerberg campus nearby
• Supermarkets, bakeries and cafés in the village centre of Höngg

Terms

• Duration: 6 months from 22 October to 22 April (we can be flexible with dates if needed)
• Cleaner: We have a lovely cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and we require you keep her so that the apartment stays clean (CHF 200 per month).
• All other utilities (e.g. nebenkosten, internet, electricity, serafe) are already included in the price.

We simply ask that you treat the apartment with the same care and love that we do!
