As part of a 7-person shared apartment, we are looking for a new person to join us. We are 6 men between 20 and 30 years old, some of whom are studying and some of whom are fully employed. All non-smokers, no drug use.
You have a lot of freedom here, we have about two mandatory meetings per year and otherwise we like it when people spontaneously chat in the kitchen or elsewhere.
The house is very large with an additional dining room, a living room, enough bathrooms, and a very large rooftop terrace, as well as plenty of storage space in the basement and attic. The rent includes home and private liability insurance, which we were able to conclude as a collective contract with good conditions. If needed, an outdoor parking space can be rented for an additional 40 CHF per month.
We are looking for a clean, orderly, and reliable person who is open, can address issues, and accept criticism. Must be a non-smoker and fully engaged in life.
