In Lugano, 50 m from the station and a few minutes from the center, close to main services and public transport, we offer a furnished studio apartment laid out as follows:
Kitchen (equipped with hood and two burners, fridge, sink and some storage furniture), renovated bathroom with shower, furnished bedroom (with bed, bedside table, small wall cabinet and dresser) and balcony.
The apartment is available from November 15, 2026.
No parking space is available.
The cost of the apartment is 880 CHF/month, including flat-rate expenses (no settlement). + 40 CHF/month for the basement (if available)
The expenses also include heating, water, and electricity.
The apartment is on the third or fifth floor, only two are available.
A deposit of 3 months' rent is required, totaling 2640 CHF through a bank transfer (and opening a guarantee deposit)
Guarantee deposit insurance is not accepted.
Minimum one-year contract with cancellation only on March 31 and September 30.
Only people with a work contract in Switzerland or students with a guarantee are accepted.
No subletting or Airbnb is accepted.
It is not possible to install a washing machine in the apartment.
Animals are not accepted.
