RECHERCHE HOUSE / LOCATION WAO STUDIO

Vaud Region / Chablais and surrounding areas

WAO Studio is today looking for a new location to pursue its development: a house, a farm, an old building or an atypical space that can accommodate a long-term artistic and cultural project.

WAO - We Are One is a Swiss creative association dedicated to music, artistic production, and project support.

We are looking above all for a place with a soul: an independent house, surrounded by an outdoor space, where musical creation, rehearsals, recording, artistic work, and daily life can coexist.

THE LOCATION WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are particularly looking for:

a single-family house, a farm, an old building or an atypical location
a garden or an adjacent plot of land, a true component of the project
several rooms allowing for the creation of different work and living spaces
a basement, a lower floor, a barn, a workshop or an outbuilding
a calm and relatively independent environment
the possibility of installing musical equipment and a studio
reasonable access from the main cities of the region
a long-term rental allowing us to build the project over time

The garden occupies an important place in our search. We wish to develop a living, maintained and integrated outdoor space: garden, relaxation, creation and small collective moments.

We are also open to a location that needs to be gradually developed. A building with character, even if it is imperfect or atypical, can precisely correspond to what we are looking for.

THE PROJECT

WAO Studio brings together musicians, artists and creators around a common production space.

The location would primarily host recording sessions, compositions, rehearsals, production work and small-scale artistic residencies.

We wish to build a clear and long-term relationship with the owner, maintain the location with care and participate in its enhancement over the years.

We are happy to study different proposals, including those that fall outside the usual real estate criteria.

If you own a house, a farm or a location with an outdoor space that could accommodate this adventure, or if you know someone who owns this type of property, we would be happy to exchange and come discover it.
