Located at the very centre of Neustadt, it is a 5minute walk from the train station and in a lively neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants. There are two large supermarkets right underneath and plenty of parking space available (including electric vehicle charger) in front of the building at extra cost
The apartment includes:
Total rent: CHF 2,200, including all utilities
Security deposit: CHF 500, fully refundable subject to the apartment being returned in good condition
I am ideally looking for someone who would like to rent the apartment for the full period and will treat it as their own home during their stay.
