Ich vermiete meine gemütliche 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Kreis 6 für den Zeitraum vom 29.10.2026 bis 01.12.2026. Dein Mitbewohner: meine Katze Bowie.Zur Wohnung:Klein, aber fein: Großzügige Küche, Schlaf-/Wohnbereich, kleines Bad und ein großer Sitzplatz mitten in Zürich.Miete: 1'400. CHF inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Hinweis: Es gibt kein WLAN).Lage: Ruhige Umgebung, nur 10 Gehminuten zur Limmat oder zur Rigiblick-Bahn.Du musst zwingend eine Katzenliebhaberin oder ein Katzenliebhaber sein. Bowie ist wunderbar und versorgt dich mit viel Liebe und Kuscheleinheiten. Er braucht aber auch seine Aufmerksamkeit daher bevorzuge ich eine Person, die nicht zu oft weg ist und täglich zu Hause ist.In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen verboten, und bevorzugt wird eine ruhige Person (das Wohl meiner netten Nachbarinnen und Nachbarn liegt mir sehr am Herzen).Bitte schreibe bei deiner Anfrage ein paar Zeilen über dich und was dich in diesem Zeitraum nach Zürich führt. Your roommate: my cat, Bowie.About the apartment:Small but lovely: Spacious kitchen, living/sleeping area, small bathroom, and a large outdoor patio right in Zurich.Rent: CHF 1,400 incl. all utilities (note: there is no Wi-Fi).Location: Quiet surroundings, only a 10-minute walk to the Limmat river or the Rigiblick funicular.You must be a absolute cat lover. Bowie is wonderful and will give you plenty of affection and cuddles. However, he also needs attention, so I prefer someone who isn't away too often and is home daily.Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and I prefer a quiet person (the well-being of my lovely neighbors is very important to me).Please write a few lines about yourself in your inquiry and let me know what brings you to Zurich during this time.
