I myself work in the studio on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. My working days can be adjusted by agreement, I am flexible. For the remaining days, I would like to share the existing infrastructure with another independent professional. Suitable for: - Manicure / Nail Design - Pedicure - Massage - Acupuncture - Cosmetics / Waxing / Beauty. You work on a self-employed basis and bring your own customers. The existing infrastructure can be used by agreement. This way, we can share the room and infrastructure costs and create a pleasant, professional place for our customers at the same time. Costs & all inclusive. For the use of 3/4 free working days per week, the monthly cost sharing is CHF 900. This amount includes: - Use of the existing shop and infrastructure - Electricity - Water - Air conditioning - as well as the existing electrical and other devices. I take responsibility for the existing infrastructure and devices. If, for example, an existing electrical device, the air conditioning, or another infrastructure-related facility breaks down due to a technical defect, I will take care of it or cover the corresponding costs for repair or replacement.
