Hi :) We are looking for someone to sublet our beautiful furnished apartment in Alt-Wiedikon for the next 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The apartment is very high-quality, modern, and bright, and is located in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. It has 2.5 rooms on approximately 58m² on the ground floor and offers a beautiful garden. The furniture will remain more or less in the apartment, so you can move in quite uncomplicatedly with your luggage. Alt-Wiedikon is one of the most beautiful districts in Zurich: quiet, green, and yet very central. Shopping facilities, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance. With tram 9 and 14, you are also very well connected to the rest of the city, and the Binz or Wiedikon train station is also very quickly accessible. You can also walk to the lake and be in nature very quickly :)

• Move-in: from early/mid-November (depending on the agreement)
• Duration: 6 months, extension possible
• Rent: CHF 2700 per month excl. utilities. Utilities would then be Serafe, WLAN, electricity, utility bill (gardener, caretaker etc).
• Deposit: CHF (3 months' rent) We are looking for someone who is quiet, very clean and tidy, and will take very good care of our home. Non-smoker, no pets. We love the apartment and are happy if it remains so beautiful
