Room and apartment - 16.8 m², unfurnished, bright, with a large window and a beautiful view (5th floor) - The apartment has a large shared kitchen and a cozy living area with a view of the inner courtyard. - The apartment belongs to the Kalkbreite cooperative. This means that you will become part of a vibrant, inspiring community with many opportunities to get involved and develop it further together. - The location is super central: tram and bus directly in front of the door, Wiedikon train station and Langstrasse within a few minutes' walk.- Kalkbreite is an ecologically oriented, car-free project. Therefore, it is essential that you do not own or permanently use your own motor vehicle.- The rent is 743 CHF per month, excluding internet, EWZ, and Serafe (approximately 35 CHF per month).- A special plus: the rent includes 140 CHF for the Kalkucina - a communally organized large household of the cooperative. There you can enjoy delicious and affordable dinners during the week and at the same time use a beautiful meeting point within the cooperative.

Shared apartment life We are warm, open, and uncomplicated. Currently, a sociologist, an architect, a photographer, and an art historian live here - all between the mid-30s and mid-50s. The contact between each other is pleasant and relaxed: even if our daily routines are different, spontaneous encounters arise in the kitchen, and at the same time, each has enough space for their privacy. Cleanliness and fair treatment are important to us.
