We are looking for a subtenant as of January 1, 2027, for our beautiful and spacious 4.5-room maisonette apartment at Albisriederstrasse 19, 8003 Zürich.

The apartment is located in the modern Wiedikertor, close to Albisriederplatz, and has approximately 129 m² of net living space on two floors, as well as a total of around 50 m² of private outdoor space, including a spacious rooftop terrace with 41.5 m².

The apartment currently has three bedrooms, one of which was originally intended as a separate living room; however, we use it as a bedroom and have instead created a spacious open kitchen, dining, and living area. Additionally, the apartment offers two bathrooms and a separate shower room, plenty of storage space, a loggia, a balcony, and the private rooftop terrace.
