A 5-minute walk from the University of Pérolles and 15 minutes from the train station.
A room is available in our shared apartment on July 1st for 674.- per month.
The apartment is very large and fully furnished, you can of course bring your own furniture and we will find a place for it.
You will have 2 roommates, Anthony (21) and Timo (25)
Anthony works as a bartender, is very sociable and athletic
Timo works as a surveyor and studies naturopathy, he is a geek and athletic
We are always open to the idea of having a party at home or sharing a drink or meal together
Also, the management is quite strict, below are the rules you need to follow to be accepted:
Reside in Switzerland and have a salary that is at least 3 times higher than the rent
Or
Have a co-signer who resides in Switzerland and has a salary of at least 3 times (the rent of the apartment + their own rent)
