The room: The room is 20m² in size and lets in plenty of daylight thanks to the large windows.

The bright apartment is located on the 4th floor (elevator available). The kitchen and living room, together with the loggia in the middle, form a spacious living area. The light well in the middle of the apartment brings in additional light. With three toilets (two wet cells), the apartment offers plenty of alternatives if there's a traffic jam in the morning. In addition to a private cellar compartment, there's also a public bicycle cellar.

The neighborhood is quiet and can be reached on foot or by taking the S10 to the forest/Uetliberg. The nearby Binz train station (5 minutes), the Schmiede Wiedikon tram and bus stop (10 minutes), or the Höfliweg bus stop (5 minutes) provide a quick connection to the city center.

We are: We are five young people (2 women, 3 men), employed, who place great value on community living. Whether cooking together, visiting the wine ship, going for a hike, or simply watching a movie/play a game together, community life is not neglected. Of course, privacy is also valued.

We're looking for: We're looking for an open-minded, employed woman with a sense of cleanliness and order, who's not interested in a functional shared apartment. You're somewhere in the middle of the scale from conservative to party animal, with fluctuations in both directions (we have a WG party once a year).
