Since I will be traveling for 3.5 months, I am subletting my fully furnished room in our 7-person shared flat in a beautiful 8.5-room old building apartment in the heart of Zurich. It's a bright room (approx. 12m2) with two built-in closets, its own sink, and high ceilings (3.1m) as well as a beautiful parquet floor. Additionally, the room has direct access to the balcony. The room is oriented south towards the quiet inner courtyard and is very bright.

In the shared flat, we share a spacious kitchen with an open kitchen island and a cozy living room with access to the second balcony. The apartment is divided into 2 wings with 3-4 rooms each and has 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and a spa bath with steam function. All rooms offer plenty of space to retreat to your own area, and at the same time, the large kitchen invites you to socialize. The incredible charm of the old building also brings some creaking and thin walls, so some consideration should be taken for the neighbors.

In the basement and attic, there is room for boxes and bikes. In the kitchen, we share a large refrigerator and all food that is not labeled (most of it). We have a washing machine in the apartment, and additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement for the entire house.

The lake is in close proximity (three minutes on foot, so we sometimes take food and dishes and have dinner there in the summer). Shopping opportunities and the Enge train station are also just around the corner. Zurich HB and Stadelhofen can be reached by tram/bike in 10-15 minutes.

We are looking for an open and sociable person in our age group (approx. 25-35 years) who is grounded and wants to become part of our community. It is important to us that you value living with others and are also actively involved. If you can imagine sharing part of your life with us, for example, meeting for coffee at 7 am, laughing about everyday problems or dreams, cooking and eating together, occasionally jumping into the lake in the evening, relaxing together on the sofa, or exploring the city, or if you want to catch our general sports enthusiasm or already share it, then you are exactly right for us and we would be very happy to get to know you.

The Kronenhof collective is a diverse community with 7 (0.5, the half is not a child, but Noémie, who occasionally sleeps over at Lara's) inhabitants between 28-32 years old. We have been living together for over 10 years in some cases, and for some, the shared flat has already become a second family. Therefore, we are anything but a functional shared flat and enjoy sharing our lives and daily routines with each other. We also share all food, cook and eat together often (1× per month is shared flat night), go to the steam bath in the winter, watch a movie on the projector, or do sports or outings together on the weekends, such as hiking, bike tours, or brunching with our delicious coffee. We are all employed, from a family doctor to a construction consultant to a mathematician, everything is represented.
Adrian is in his training as a specialist, has a few days of jetlag with a destroyed biorhythm after every night shift, likes to dance salsa and bachata, and runs and bikes, and takes care of his aquariums with passion.
Alessio swings Asian dishes passionately in the wok over the gas stove, likes to ride his racing bike over the Albis pass, and makes the best coffee with our sieve machine.
Lara entertains us with her everyday stories, is the queen of everything, and is the organizational mastermind of our community.
Yannick is our ice hockey veteran and likes to take beautiful tours with his gravel bike.
Niklas is our shared flat model and brightens up the apartment with his radiant smile, he can also be enthusiastic about any undertaking (even to Olten).
Greta has recently moved in with us (as a subtenant of Bettina, who is currently in Japan). As a kitesurfing instructor, Greta likes to be at the lake and also goes skiing in the winter.
Patrick is traveling to South America and is therefore subletting his room.
Noémie is our empathetic listener, lives with us only part-time, but is always there for everyone.
