The room is 16 m² in size and has its own bathroom with shower. The apartment has 4½ rooms and was renovated in 2009. It offers a modern kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher, and oven. The bedrooms and living room have parquet floors. The apartment also includes a large balcony (important for other BBQ enthusiasts).

We have our own washing machine, and drying rooms are available in the basement. There is also a bike cellar and basement compartments.

We are looking for

We are looking for an open-minded person who sees the shared apartment not just as a functional space, but also as a place to spontaneously spend time together. Whether it's a swim in the Limmat or a social evening together. Ideally, you are also around our age, about 30 years old.
It's also important to us that you actively participate in household chores.

We are

Linda (32) will be completing her Master's degree in Computer Science in the next six months. In her free time, she can often be found heading out the door with a large backpack to pursue her hobby, paragliding. She values spontaneous shared evenings, open communication, and uncomplicated cohabitation in the shared apartment.
Patrick (31) is working on his doctorate in the Department of Materials Science and spends his free time in the mountains, either trail running or ski touring. He also plays the bassoon in an orchestra. He's always up for a cozy evening, cooking together, or having a beer.
