I am looking for a tenant to take over my 2-room apartment in Florissant-Malagnou, in a quiet and pleasant residential area of Geneva.
The apartment, approximately 32 m², is located on the 2nd floor with a lift and has been very well maintained. It benefits from a nice balcony overlooking the garden and greenery.
Very practical and well-served location:
in the immediate vicinity of MSC
about 5 minutes' walk from Migros Rieu
about 5 minutes' walk from Coop Florissant
several bus lines nearby
the city center of Geneva is accessible in just 10 minutes by bus and about 25 minutes on foot
The apartment consists of:
a spacious and square entrance hall with a large wall closet with two doors
a bathroom with bathtub and WC, as well as many pieces of furniture and storage spaces around the mirror
a bright bedroom with window and integrated large wall closet
a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hood, refrigerator, and freezer compartment
an integrated dining area in the kitchen with table and three chairs, which are part of the apartment and remain on site
a living room
a balcony with a view of the garden and greenery
a cellar
The building has a shared laundry room with a reserved time slot once a week. The day and time are to be agreed with the concierge according to availability. I currently have the time slot on Tuesday from 13:00 to 22:00, but other days or time slots, including morning hours, may be available.
A concierge service is also available in the building, with the possibility of receiving mail and packages if needed.
Rent: CHF 2'250/month, including charges, without annual charge settlement.
Available from late November (exact date to be agreed).
Apartment suitable for one person.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility to also take over an indoor parking space in the building for CHF 250/month. The parking space is not included in the rent and is the subject of a separate contract with a different administration. If the person taking over the apartment is interested, I can put them directly in contact with the administration that manages the parking.
This is a lease takeover. The rental agreement for the apartment is concluded directly with the owner, without intermediate administration.
