We, a 68-year-old retired couple, quiet, careful and respectful, accompanied by our small dog, also gentle and well-educated, are looking for a 3-room apartment / 3.5-room apartment with a maximum rent of CHF 2000.- including charges in a radius of about 15 km from Jongny.
Our dream? A small paradise in a single-family home or a small, quiet building, even simple, without luxury, with a small green area or balcony to enjoy our retirement, a good coffee and walks with our four-legged companion. We pay our rent on time, water the flowers and do not have parties until late at night or early in the morning ... unless it's our small dog's birthday.
We are solvent and very respectful of the places.
Grandpa, a good handyman and gardening enthusiast, will help you with various small tasks if you lack the time.
