Room: parquet, large window with a view. It is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, large wardrobe and bookshelf. The furniture belonged to the previous roommate: they can be purchased, otherwise the room will be handed over empty.
Apartment: spacious corridor, two modern bathrooms (one with shower), living room with dining area, table, sofa and access to the balcony, modern and well-equipped kitchen with large workspace.
Conditions: apartment and furniture are in good condition, clean and well-maintained, as seen in the photos.
Reason for the announcement: the previous roommate has left the apartment and we are looking for someone to take over.
Monthly costs: rent 734 CHF, internet 20-30 CHF, electricity 90-140 CHF every 3 months (divided into three).
Location: 6-7 minutes walk from USI, close to supermarkets and public transport.
