The room is approximately 13 m2 in size, bright and friendly, and is located on the 1st floor of a quiet house with a garden. In addition to the room, the kitchen, living and dining room, 2 bathrooms, garden, and laundry room are shared. It is within walking distance to the old town and train station (5 minutes by bike).
The ancillary costs for WLAN, electricity, water, and heating are included in the price.
About us: Three nice people over 40 live here. We are mostly on the move in Winterthur for professional reasons and appreciate the open atmosphere in the shared flat.
Now we are looking for a roommate (over 30, employed, considerate, non-smoker only). Enjoyment of occasional small gardening work is desired!
Well suited for weekly commuters.
