Spacious 12 m² Room in a Friendly & International WG
We are looking for a new flatmate to join our spacious and international shared apartment!
There are currently five of us living together, with a nice mix of students and working people. We are an international group and we have a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere at home.
The apartment is very spacious, so there is plenty of room for everyone. We have two bathrooms, a huge living room and a large balcony, which is definitely one of the highlights of the apartment. On the balcony we have a bed and a TV, so it is the perfect place to chill, watch something, have a drink or spend a warm evening together.
We enjoy actually living together rather than just sharing an apartment. We often cook together, have dinner, watch movies, have a few drinks or simply sit around and talk in the evening. At the same time, everyone has their own schedule and privacy, so there is absolutely no pressure to be social all the time.
The atmosphere at home is generally very calm, relaxed and respectful. We are not a party WG, but we definitely enjoy having a good time together when the mood is right. We are looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful and enjoys being part of a shared home.
