A fully furnished studio apartment available for temporary 6 week sublet 08.10-22.11 on the ground floor of the Student Village on Hönggerberg Campus, only to MATRICULATED ETH STUDENTS.
You can use the furniture and equipment but it is your responsibility to treat it well and to return the studio in a clean state.
Only MATRICULATED ETH STUDENTS are allowed to lease (regulation from the landlord). A deposit of 1500 CHF will be necessary and will be returned to you after the end of the contract. If you have read that and fulfill the criteria, please start your inquiry with the word "POLYTECHNIKUM". All other requests will be ignored.
