The apartment is oriented towards three sides and therefore receives a lot of natural light throughout the day. At the same time, it remains pleasantly cool even on hot summer days. The quiet and green surroundings are particularly beautiful: despite the proximity to Wiedikon and the very good public transport connection, the neighborhood feels almost rural - with a bit of luck, you can even meet several hedgehogs on the street in front of the house in the evening.
