The room is approximately 20 m2, bright, and faces the inner courtyard, with morning sun. The apartment (3.5 rooms) is located on the 3rd floor of an old building (without elevator), with a large living room and balcony. In the summer, it remains surprisingly cool. The location is quiet and central, with the forest just a stone's throw away. A large basement and attic compartment is included, and as a bonus, participation in a family garden at Europaplatz is possible.

Since I am not registered in Bern from January to around April (but I am still there), you would have to take over the main rent temporarily. Afterwards, we can split the main rent or one person can be a subtenant.

I am
Aurelia (she/none), 27, queer, and work in education. I have also been involved in a biological neighborhood store in Bern for several years. From September 2027, I will be studying again. For me to feel comfortable, I need both time for myself and close exchange and shared times, I value order/cleanliness and open communication very much. Since living is a big and important part of life, I may need more than one meeting to make a decision.
